Incorporated in 1996, IBC Engineering, DPC is a MEP/FP Consulting Firm and has over 50 professionals specializing in building systems. Our team of experts in Rochester and Buffalo is comprised of professional engineers, designers, LEED™ accredited professionals, energy managers, CAD Operators and support staff skilled in all types of building projects.
